Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The original tags and packaging are intact
• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Products damaged due to use, improper handling, or wear & tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products bought during sale or clearance
• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased with a special discount code
• Products damaged after delivery

Return Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for size issues.
We accept returns only if:

• You receive a wrong product
• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. DM us at @dripndies on Instagram with:
   • Order ID
   • Product name
   • Reason for return
   • Photos of the product (front, back, and tag intact)
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup (where available) or share the return address.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund/exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes the quality check.

Refund options:

• Original payment method (takes 5–7 working days)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them as long as they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
