All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We encourage you to double-check your size, design selection, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every pair goes through a strict quality inspection before dispatch.
However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dripneverdies.com with:

• Clear photos of the damage
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and assist you as appropriate.
